Matchbox Diecast Model Cars New Home

Previously this site was asubdomain under the main domain http://collectable-diecast.com/

Now it has moved to its own domain is I am trying to reduce the number of subdomains for all my sites and I think it will benefit you as a visitor to have a more clear sitename that you can visit.
Why not include Macthbox into the domain? Because it might be a violation of Mattels Trademark so it is reduced to MB …whihc is afcourse short for MatchBox :-)

It also gives me more possibilities to extend this collectors website into what it was meant to be, a great resources on Matchbox Diecast Models for all ages.

The Allchin Tractor Engine 1925 – Y-1A

The 1925 Allchin 7NHP Tractor Engine was the first in the Machtbox Models of Yesteryear Series.

This Model was build from 1956 until 1694.

There are slight variations in the build:

The main body is always green, but the wheels can be either Dark Red or Bright Red (See Image)

The Kettle Door however can be Copper, Gold or Silver.

As for the Wheels, then can be diagonal threaded or have a smooth surface.

Matchbox Toy Cars

Matchbox Toy Cars now have a lot less to do with the collectable diecast cars from the Yesteryear 75 series.

There still are some great options withing the current range of models to build you own collection without spending a lot of moeny on ebay auctions or ever priced model cars at fairs.

Starting a Collection of Matchbox Models of Yesteryear Cars

In my case starting a collection was something that grew in a natural manner as most of the models I “collected” in my early years simple because I got them as a gift.
Lesney’s Build those Diecast Model Cars in the late 1950 years and I got my first one in the second part of the sixties…

Since that first car, everybody knew what I wanted for my Brithday :-)
